I entered my VHI detail on Reachwhich my employer pays in full and on which I pay BIK. However the credit given shows the full amount and i thought it should be 20% only.I

presume its ROS PAYE online that is being referred to, by which you have to register with reach services first to use the full range of PAYE services on ros.ie

You get a standard rated (20%) tax credit on the gross amount paid. See here:
