re who signs a lease for apartment

I am a landlord and about to agree and sign a lease with new tenant: a man, his wife and daughter under 10.
The lease will be a 12 month fixed term lease, from topfloor.ie.
So who should be named as tenants on the lease, and who should sign it ?

Is the mans signature alone adequate ? He will be paying the rent. Wife and daughter not available for several weeks.

I would insist on the two adults signing for it. Who have you named on the lease as the Tenants. If the two adults are going to be living in it I would have their names on it.
