Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone knows where to find a standard contract to cover myself against all contractors on my self build. I heard there was one available on line to print off but could not find it. Any help appreciated as i am starting next week.

you can find them on cif.ie or scs.ie but at a self build level you might put alot of people off by producing a contract, you are right to do it but its not the done thing at that level
