RE: Recently Fired, am I entitled to Unemployment Assistance?

Hi to all members,

Recently got fired, recently set up a company although have done very little in terms of moving it forward, I am wondering would I be entitled to Jobseekers allowance now becuase I am a director of this limited co, although not a paye emloyee?
