Apparently they are generally expected to be in the region of 1k. Did you know that Ulster Bank will 'switch' FREE (ie they will take the total hit if you decide to switch your mortgage to them)?
Can't remember off the top of my head (have details at home). I am considering moving to UB from PTSB, and I remember thinking that their (UB's) rate was competitive.
