Is there a maximum number of applicants that can be on a mortgage application.
E.g 4 siblings want to buy a house together?

Ian,

If 4 siblings wish to buy a house together they can do so, most banks would prefer if it was only 2 applicants but they can accomodate 4 or more. It will involve additional work on the banks behalf but should not preclude you from getting the loan.

Be aware though that anybody applying for the mortgage will be subjected to the same assessment criteria as normal and income and debt amounts as well as credit scoring will be taken into account.
