Re-grouting tiles

Our Kitchen tiles are cream proceline tiles. We went for grey grout and I'm now sorry we did. Is it possible to re-grout them with ivory grout?

There's a grout-remover tool (sort of looks like a single-edged metal toothbrush) that you can get at any hardware store. I've never used one but they looks pretty self-explanatory: just scratch away at the grout (careful of the tiles if they are glazed) and then re-grout in situ. It'll require elbow grease, but should do the trick.
