re-cover a couch

I have been fortunate enough to acquire a very good quality couch from a kind relative. Unfortunately, it doesn't quite fit in with the decor and I was considering having it recovered (not re-upholstered - the upholstery is perfect!). Does anyone have any suggestions / recommendations / experiences for such a task?!

Where are you based, I know a reputable business that specialises in this, based in the midlands?

Based in Dublin unfortunately - might be willing to travel though, if they're particularly good...

I am trying to find someone that will recover my couch - there are fitted loose covers on it - if that makes sense?

Can't seems to find anyone - in the meath/dublin area

An old neighbour of mine used to an upholsterer. He used to source his fabrics from www.zhivago.ie just off the M50 - out Parkwest direction.

Am sure if you call them, they might be able to recommend someone??
