RBO and finding out owners of Section 110s

Will the new RBO https://rbo.gov.ie/ make it possible to see the beneficial owner(s) or the buyers/beneficial owners that bought loan books or setup securitization vehicles based backed by residential mortgages?

At the moment the beneficial owners of the SPV STRANDHILL FUNDING DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY are hidden. All you see are directors who are the lawyers from Maples Group.

Line from Pepper is that they are legal owner of the mortgage (it's part of the recent disposal by Rabobank/ACC of remaining loan book). Assume they have some NDA covering them from disclosing beneficial owners.

According to media reports performing loans went to Goldman/Carval.
