I need to deter vandals from climbing over a garden wall.
Anybody know if a product like the one in this link is available in Ireland ?

not sure about that as one of the houses on my street that has the back garden facing on to the green area has these & barbed wire up on the wall. And I wouldn't mind but its not to deter vandals, but just kids climbing over to retrieve their balls as the owner refuses to hand them back.
Don't think they have ever been sued.
Can you shed more info on this as I'd like to know more?
