Rattle in the boot

What could rattling in the car boot mean? something to be worried about?

In the boot ? could be anything really. Maybe someone put a body in there! have you had a look yet ? Oh and telling us Make Model Year might help a lot to diagnose your problem

Is there a bolt that holds your spare wheel in place?

It might have worked loose.

be assured its not a snake coz m still alive..a 2002 nissan micra...while driving can hear a small rattling sound as if there is a big steel container in the boot

It could also be the exhaust rattling off the bottom of the boot.

I had a loose bulb in the rear window break light that drove me crazy, until I managed to find the problem, by driving round with a brother in the boot for a little bit.

i had a micra with a noise in the rear,it turned out to be the rear wiper rubber had perished and the wiper blade vibrated every now and again.

@complainer..'brother in the boot'?...the bulbs look fine...@hopalong will check the rear wiper....i'll be taking the car for servicing...they should be able to detect the problem ..right?

Its the rear anti-roll bar bushes.
