Im looking to buy on rathlodge i was wondering if anyone could give me any info on the area or estate as im moving from cork.

Short walk to the new retail park and Ashbourne Marriott hotel.

I know a lad who used to live in one of the three bed terraces. He said the walls were like paper, he could hear everthing next door on both sides, like a lot of places these days though. Apart from that, the estate is nice looking, one of the nicer in Ashbourne, quiet, not too long a walk from Ashbourne town and the Ashbourne bus goes right past the entrance to the estate.
