Radio with RDS feature keeps picking up wrong time, I cant find anyway to turn off the RDS feature on the radio. anyone any ideas? recently bought as an alarm clock so not much use if it has the wrong time.
Do you listen to the same station all the time?Normally this occurs because the radio station RDS encoder is set wrong.A good way to check is if you tune in to RTE Radios 1 0r 2FM for a few minutes the time will usually correct itself.Your situation is a very common problem with a lot of the independent commercial stations.
