Not really. I travel from Summerhill to Blanchardstown and the main traffic jams occur in Dunboyne, Clonee, Mulhuddart and so on - by the time you reach this road, traffic is pretty light. The only thing is that there are a lot of quarry trucks on it (Keegan Quarries in Rathmolyon amongst others) and there are not a lot of opportunities to safely overtake.
There's also a pretty hairy junction at the Mullagh Cross and I've heard of quite a few speed traps being setup at Moynalvey lately (I turn off at the Mullagh Cross before Moynalvey).
