Quickest way to Xfer Funds from EBS A/c

I foolishly put 12k from a fixed a/c into my Instant Access a/c forgetting I can't make EFT's to other banks.

What is the quickest and handiest way of getting it into my bank a/c.

If they wont do an electronic transfer, is a cheque your only option?

Its looking like a cheque is the only way, but even there, they seem to have a max daily limit of €5k

Would they give me 3 cheques, one for 5k and two posted dated cheques for 5k and 2k so I don't have to call in 3 times. (if they won't do it in one go for me).

Yet again, it is totally farcical how out of touch EBS are with the modern world.
