Currently completing TRS1 form for our new mortgage, being submitted primarily in my wife's name, with myself named.
I did receive TRS before as a single person, but it is now finished.
On the form it asks:
Is this your 1st home loan? Answering 'Y' as it is her's
Is this your spouse's 1st home loan? Answering 'N' obviously
Is this an increase to your existing loan? 'N' as its a 2nd mortgage loan
My question is around the 2nd question. It asks that I give the date of my 1st home loan. Thing is, I had my initial mortgage in £stg in NI from 2000 -> 2005, before I remortgaged to get my loan into € in RoI.
Should I put down 2000 or 2005 as the answer to "Enter date your spouse first took out the mortgage loan".
