Questions about Sky+

Hi,
I am thinking of getting Sky+ but I just want to find out a few things. Can I add in the extra ITV's and BBC's to other channels the same as I have on the existing box. Also can I record from these?

Last but not least, can I connect up my DVD recorder via scart as with the existing box?

2) Yuip, no problem.

Yes you can add the ITV channels, however access to them will be the same as on your old sky box, and I am not absolutely positive, yet 99% sure that you wont be able to record from them using sky+. This is because the ITV, or other channels you add, do not appear in the main 'All Channels' menu for recording purposes.

Yes, you can add the "extra" channels, no, you can't record them. Nor pause/rewind etc.

Should be no problem connecting your DVD recorder, and the Sky+ box has a one-touch transfer from their hard disk to the DVD recorder.
