Hi can someone shed some light on how a receiver can be appointed on a mortgage that is not a buy to let Mortgage ? The house has tenants in it now but we made bank aware and proved we are two years trying to remove them due to huge arrears on rent and to move back in to the property and have been paying interest only as advised and completed sfs and full paperwork ??
