I have a question about redundancy payments.
My wife has worked for her employer for the last 30 months, and is being let go at the end of March.
She was never made permanent, but has repeatedly been given short term contracts, e.g., a six month contract from 01/01/09 to 30/06/09, then another 6 month contract from01/07/09 to 31/12/09, etc. So one contract always followed another with no gaps in her employment.
Is she entitled to redundancy?
