Question on filling out Grant of Probate CA24 form

Hi

I sent in a completed CA24 form to Probate Office and had it returned telling me to fill out Page 9 "Part 5 Property outside the State passing under the Will/Intestacy of the deceased". I don't understand why anything would have to be completed here as my late Mother owned no foreign property.

I appreciate this is quite a technical question, but unfortunately the Probate office don't give any advice on filling out the form. The rest of it has been completed fine.

Any help greatly appreciated.
 
thanks for including the most up to date guide above. I could only find much older ones online for some reason.
According to the guide it is indeed just concerned with foreign properties, there's no place to record that the deceased had none so it seems very strange that they would send it back asking me to complete the section?
