Showhouse - 3 Bed duplex .Prices for 3 bed duplexes range widely i.e. a difference of 67 grand between one that is over 1400 sqft and the smallest which is abt 1100 sq ft. I am questioning this huge price range. Sales office says 'location in development'. House identical to Showhouse duplex is 30 grand dearer than one with the same sq footage but just a different block - i.e. block from plans looks longer and narrower. Only 3 blocks in development are of showhouse type. The rest, about 8, are of this 'cheaper' type. Just wondering what the developer is up to here. How can there be such a price difference for the same size and almost identical layout.
