Question about TRS - Jeacle Mortgage Calculator

Hi All!
Apologies if this is a repeat question. I have looked at different threads and dont see anything that matches exactly.

I am not a firsttime buyer, I'm owner occupier. I am trading up in the next few weeks. When calculating mortgage repayment does the calculator take in to account TRS in "Monthly Payments" section or do you calculate it from the "Annual Table" section. Thank you for your help!
 
Apologies! I wasn't clear in my question. The "annual table" calculates interest paid and from this I can calculate TRS. My question is on the Monthly payments section is the 20% of interest paid deducted from this already. Cheers!
