question about fis!!!

Hi.. I am I receipt of fis from this week.. I so granted €138 a week.. But with a family of 5 kids.. My wages are €250.. My o.p.f is 272.. So 250+272= 522... Which den I take from €950-522= €428... Den 60% of 428=€256.80!!! So why have they only granted me €138... O.p.f. only started to take €85 from my payment last week.. Could this be the reason??? Anyone no!! Cheers
