If a bank sends a termination notice for an outstanding unregulated hire purchase lease that is two months in arrears. If the arrears is paid and brought up to date, can or will the bank still proceed with the termination notice?
If a company holds a few leases with the one bank and one of the leases is two months in arrears can they terminate all leases with the bank even if the rest are all up to date?
