Question 24 on census form

Have you ceased your full time education?

I dont know. Im not currently in full time education, but I may be again someday.

"Ceased" to me would indicate "finished forever".

The website doesnt give any clarification - it just says

The replies to questions 24 and 25 will be used to monitor the impact of education policies, changing skill levels and the extent to which people use their formal qualifications.

Maybe Im reading too much into it - anyone else confused on this?

I think that means that you have no plans to return to full time education, so for most of us the answer is "yes".

Now we expect to have to work till 70, we may well be back at college at 55 or later.
