Hi folks!
I am trying to trace a book of children's stories. Problem is I don't know what it is called or who wrote it! My grandmother used to tell us a story as children about a kid who threw their porridge out the window one morning which landed on a pixie. The pixie then brought the kid to porridge town and the story went from there! My grandmother told this story to us from memory but used to read it to my mother when she was a child. This would mean the book is at a minimum 65 years old. I now tell the porridge town story to my 3 year old and she loves it! I would love to find this book as there are other stories that I can't remember and would love to hear again and pass on to my daughter. I know another was about a magic biscuit tree!
Any help would be fantastic! I have google and found nothing! There was a biscuit tree story but not the same one.
