I understand the stance AAM takes on property price spec but there was a recent thread that made a valid question in that 'has there been an increase in property being sold'. It was closed immediately and I don't see the validity in such action. Surely the question was looking for factual responses therefore negating speculation?
We have constant talk that prices will continue to fall to the point of anyone saying otherwise being instantly dismissed as a vested interest, so is it just the discussion of property prices rising that is banned? The thread in question didn't even discuss prices just sales so I'm wondering was it just over zealous moderating or is there more to it?
