Does anyone have a copy of a Standard Law Society Building Agreement, i.e. your basic, vanilla, unaltered builder's contract to build a house?

How many Specific Conditions are in it?

Um, just to clarify, by Specific Conditions I mean the numbered clauses in the first section of the document (the second part is the General Conditions).

Would really appreciate if someone could just let me know how many of these are in their building agreement.
