query on FIS

I am taking 10 weeks parental leave for work over the summer as i do not have any one to mind the kids. My husband currently works full time. Would i entitled to claim for FIS as we have 3 children and my husbands gross would be well under E703.00 which is the limit for 3 children

Any input would be grateful

I suppose it costs you nothing to apply but I suspect that your claim wouldn't be entertained.

Nobody is looking music to their ears , but the general rule is , that when your circumstances change , so do your entitlements .

Apply immediately , and not only that , but apply for medical card too ................you could be surprised .

i rang FIS section yesterday and they advised me to apply as application is based on your earnings when you apply.
