Hi, I am in the planning stage of building a 3000 sq ft house and i was wondering if anyone has used a quantity surveyor in relation to a self build. what I need is to give someone my house plan and tell me in detail what materials are required. I want this info so can budget the costs for a self build. I have tried various people and they all seem to do commerical properties only. I would be grateful if anyone had advice on this. thanks
