Quality Roller Blinds Needed

My Roller Blinds are 30 years old and need replacing. I had estimates from various Fitters using cloths including Luxaflex, which seem to be one of the main suppliers of cloth , comparing all samples of cloth with my old blind cloth, mine seem heavier and superior quality cloth. The first thing a fitter said to me on viewing my blinds the cloths available now are nothing as heavy. Does anyone have any idea where linen like quality blind cloth could be sourced or is Luxaflex grade 3 to 4 top of the range in Ireland.
Also Is a double scallop required?
