We are currently shopping around for quotes from contractors with regards to building a two storey extension onto our terraced house. The extension will be quiet labour intensive as there is no access to the back of the house except to go through the property... the quotes we have thus far received have varied wildly from €80,000 to €130,000.

This is relatively new here but has been used widely in the US. I would like to hear from anyone who has experienced this type of construction and could give me the pros and cons if any!!??
