Putting oils in footbath?

If you can put water in it, you should also be able to add those oils - just check user-manual to be sure.
 
The oils are fine, just remember to rinse it out well using something like washing up liquid, handwash or shower gel, just something to take the oily residue off it.
 
Remember - pay attention also to the concentrations used and to the duration of your 'soak' - apparently there are potential health issues.
 
Thats why when rubbing on skin, you need to use a carrier oil, although in water should be different, as you are diluting it with water
