Looking to put wife on deeds of family home. In my name only as purchased before we married. Bank UB (FA) want to set up new mortgage, on a tracker at present and don,t want to lose it.
Really just taking precaution in the event of other loans with business and other property that if there was a difficulty bank could not get judgement on family home with wifes name on deed. Not sure if te Family Home Protection Act will suffice here. Appreciate any help.
