purchasing house with unfinished planning conditions

looking at making an offer on a house 99% finshed, just needs exterior render to comply with a planning requirement. I hope to purchase the house as-is and finish the work myself. I accept I will have to get quotes etc on completing the work, to submit to the bank as part of my mortgage application. My question is around how this open planning requirement could impact my mortgage application.? If is clealy outlined to the bank, solicitor has all the necessary details etc, could I run into a problem???
