All advice greatly appreciated. Recently purchased memorial cards online (following my mother's death). Payed by debit card-received cards-crucial line containing message from family was illegible (way too small). Cannot contact company-left 5 telephone messages, 2 emails, tried contacting "parent" company in UK, to no avail. Found the link to this company in the first place through very reputable website. Got in touch with them, they tried to contact card company, with no luck so far. Is there anything I can do, A. to get my money back, and B. to prevent anybody else experiencing the same thing? It's not something you need following a death.
