'Purchase of New Shares in a Company by an Employee'

Hi,

I am filling out the Form 11E and noticed the following tax credit on line 527 - 'Purchase of New Shares in a Company by an Employee'. Does anyone have more information on this? I exercised some company stock options last year and I am wondering if I am entitled to a tax credit on it.
The revenue page for credits mentions nothing about shares and I couldn't find anything on this
