Pumped insulation or rigid board for cavity block wall

Just about to start blockwork and I'm in 2 minds about what type of insulation to put in the 100mm cavity. Is the pumped insulation a better job or is there better insulation properties in the Kingsapn or xtratherm boards. I am planning to dryline all external walls as well but I'm leaning towards the pumped insulation.
Any advice/information to make up my mind would be appreciated

I would recommend pumped instlation before partial fill board any day. The partial fill board is never fitted absolutely perfectly, it has a habit of warping, and is prone to thermal looping. 'Pumped in' will give you a more evenly distributed insulation and will carry to areas inaccessible to partial fill boards.
Just one thing though, if you have a stepped DPC make sure its slack enough to take the pumped in insulation down to below concrete slab level.
