Public Toilet Doors

Why is it we are always told to wash our hands after being to the toilet, yet we must grab the handle (which is contaminated by people who do not wash), and pull to get out of the washroom etc? Why can they not make the doors so that we can be pushed to get out?
 
I never touch flush handle, door handle or tap without using tissue or toilet paper (clean obviously!)
