I have left a private sector job and have accumulated €67k in a pension.
I am now offered a public sector job (I am 37 years old) that i hope to be in for life.
Do i need to buy out years of my pension to bring me up to 40 years pension and if so can i use my existing pension to transfer it to the public sector pension.
