Public Affairs Ireland - Government or private organisation?

Could any one tell me if it is a Government Dept, semi-state or private?

Anyone's perceptions of it? Modern / old fashioned? Attended any of it's activities?

It a private organisation run by an ex civil servant..they run a small monthly newsletter and run courses on topic of interests to public sector..

YOBR is correct - private organisation who deliver courses and organise seminars on public service issues and doing business with the public service. I've attended the odd seminar of there's - modern enough - usually held in conference faciltities in city centre hotels. Tend to be attended by a mixture of private sector organisations who tender for public sector contracts and senior managers in public sector.
