PTSB rant

Just to clarify, 99% of the time I'm perfectly happy with PTSB, have been for years and have no reason to date to switch. I don't see any need to use any of the fancy new Fintech banking services that are available these days. They don't offer me anything that I need. PTSB and occasionally PayPal do everything that I need and generally do it simply and reliably. But if there are problems then there seems little excuse for stupid messages ("error 2CF"!), incorrect instructions on what to do and making it difficult to contact them for assistance. Of course, PTSB are not unique in this respect.
