PTSB Open24 online banking - how to download transactions, as Flash no longer works

In Open 24 you need Flash turned on to see the two buttons to download transactions in PDF and Excel form.

However, since the end of 2020, I think, Adobe Flash is no longer working.

So I can't see the buttons.


How does any customer download transactions data?

Internet Explorer still supports flash player and is the only browser that will allow you do this on Open24 at the moment from what I can see, so try that. There should be a pop-up when you go to filter transactions saying something like "flash player is blocked" and you will be able to turn it back on.
