The problem is others don't know what the settlement terms are (normally confidential) and it does not set a precedent legally.I wonder will this have any effect on the rest of the prevailing rate victims ?

My complaint is still with FSPO, no update, i am taking the case myselfHi, have you submitted your appeal to ombudsman by yourself or you got legal assistance?

My neighbour's complaint still with FSPO, they have agreed to accept a death cert for her husband to proceed the case as originally wanted a grant of probate or letter of administration, neither of which my neighbour had.Hi, have you submitted your appeal to ombudsman by yourself or you got legal assistance?
