PTSB not passing on rate cut.

Hi All

I have a tracker mortgage with PTSB and they have yet to pass on the June ECB rate cut. They sent a letter after they cut was announced saying something along the lines of that they can’t pass it on immediately but will try too as soon as possible. This is hugely frustrating as any rate increases were tacked onto the next immediate mortgage payment. Do they have to pass it on within a given time frame?
 
What does your contract say about timeframes?
How long did it take them to pass on rate changes in the past?
 
They passed it on immediately in the past. Going to check the contract today. Thanks
