How much do PTSB change to change Euro into a Foreign Currency?
Trying to work out of commission free FX is actually cheaper
 
Are you asking about a debit card transaction or actual notes?

If it does not involve physical notes, then you should get a Revolut card which is free during the week and only 0.5% at the weekends.

I do have a Revolut Card but I always think it’s useful to have some cash on hand
