Hi, just wondering if anyone can help with this query. On the day PTSB increased their rates, Friday 13th January, they asked us to change solicitor in order to send out a letter of offer. Our solicitor is my husbands sister. As we weren’t made aware of this issue until the day of the interest rate hike, we missed the offer to lock in at that rate. Would we have any grounds to appeal this? Thank you.
