PTSB Annual mortgage Statement.
Hi is any PTSB customers waiting an age for their PTSB Annual mortgage Statement..
Im waiting over 2 weeks since i first requested it. they keep saying its in the post.
I need it for the swtich and this is holding things up.
 
if switching you need an early redemption figure not an annual statement.

Annual statements are an automatic process usually january or february issuing depending on the bank

Banks request Statements from all your accounts when applying and/or switching mortgages.
No bank will take you on without seeing your mortgage repayment history.
I have the early redemption figure.
New bank are looking for 12months mortgage statement for proof that I have not missed any payments or have not been in arrears.
So I do need the annual statement.
 
I received it from PTSB yesterday in the post. Didn't request it specifically, it just arrived. The date on the letter just says January 2022, no specific date to show when it was issued.
