I have a two mortgages on one property (taken out in 2007), they were split at the time to give me a staff rate for half the mortgage at the time. When I left I received a letter from PTSB stating my current rate option will end and the gave me new rate options for both mortgages.
The gave me a option of a tracker (ECB +0.95%) on one mortgage but not the other one. The gave me Variable, 2,5,7,10 year fixed but no tracker option.
Were the obliged to give me a tracker option on both?
I received no correspondence from them at all in relation to same.
