PS3 to Monitor.

Hi Folks,
Trying to do a bit of re-arranging after the Christmas and decided to put the PS3 upstairs in one of the kids bedrooms. On connecting the unit to a dell monitor I'm not getting the picture!! - Any ideas?

you porbably need some sort of different cable or somin. id check it out wiht someone in a pc/laptop store. They'll set you straight.

Was the PS3 connected via HDMI and you're now moving it to a Scart connection? If so, you need to configure this on the PS3 before you move it. There's a display option under settings.
